Your first 30 days, week by week

The most common mistake is switching everything on at once. Depth in one area beats a thin layer across all of them.

Week 1 — context and one department

Load the Business Brain, pick the single department where admin hurts most, and create one AI employee for it with approval required on everything.

Week 2 — real work through it

Route actual work through that employee. Review every output in Approvals. Each time something is wrong, fix the underlying context record rather than arguing with the output.

Week 3 — measure, then delegate

Look at the activity log and ask what time this saved and what it got wrong. Raise the authority limit on the categories that were consistently right.

Week 4 — add the second department

Only now add a second AI employee. Reuse the same pattern: narrow scope, approval first, fix context, then loosen.

What good looks like at day 30

One department where the routine work arrives already done and waiting for a yes, a Business Brain you trust, and a clear record of everything the AI did. That is a working foundation — not a demo.
