Terms of Service
These terms are a working draft for the platform foundation and will be replaced by a reviewed legal agreement before commercial release.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for safeguarding your credentials. Access to an organization workspace is granted through membership and role assignment.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to send unlawful communications, infringe third-party rights, or attempt to access data belonging to another organization.
3. Automated work
Automated capabilities operate within the permissions and approvals you configure. You remain responsible for work executed on your behalf under those settings.
4. Availability
The platform is provided on an as-is basis during the foundation phase. Service levels will be defined as commercial plans become available.
5. Termination
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend access where use breaches these terms or presents a security risk.
