Security and AI governance
The question that stalls most AI projects is simple: what will it do when nobody is watching? Here is the honest answer, control by control.
Isolation per organization
Every record belongs to one organization and access is enforced at the database layer with row-level rules, not by hiding buttons in the interface.
Roles and teams
People and AI employees run under the same permission model. If a role cannot do something, neither can an AI acting for that role.
Approvals before action
Sending outbound email, committing spend and other sensitive steps stop at Approvals until a named human signs off.
Complete audit trail
Activity records who or what acted, when, on which record, and what the result was. Nothing the AI does is invisible.
Authentication
Email and password sign-in with confirmed addresses, password reset by email, and session handling managed by the platform rather than hand-rolled.
Your documents stay private
Uploaded files live in private storage scoped to your organization. There is no public bucket and no shared folder between customers.
How the AI is constrained
- AI employees only read the business context you have entered, plus your own records.
- Nothing runs on a hidden schedule. Work starts when a person or an approved task starts it.
- AI output is recorded with the provider and model used, so you can see how it was produced.
- Where an answer relies on research, the finding carries its source so you can verify it.
